Konkan Vaibhav
Kokan Vaibhav Resort is a 16-acre master-planned retreat drawing from the timeless elegance of Balinese architecture while responding sensitively to the lush valleys of Mandangad. The layout is organically zoned with clusters of G+1 villas built on 2000 sq.ft. NA plots, arranged to maximize privacy, cross-ventilation, and valley views. The villas feature pitched roofs with extended eaves, reflecting tropical resilience and echoing the sloping contours of the landscape. Natural materials like locally sourced laterite stone, exposed timber beams, and terracotta tiles establish a strong regional character, while large overhangs, open-to-sky courtyards, and wraparound verandahs ensure thermal comfort and seamless indooroutdoor transition. At the heart of the resort lies a grand circular pool and water plaza, inspired by Balinese temple ponds and the Kokan coast’s fluidity, creating a serene axis that anchors communal and leisure spaces. The spatial language throughout the resort prioritizes low-density, breathable planning, verdant buffers, and meandering pathways — forming a harmonious blend of architecture, nature, and cultural symbolism.
